Shop FAQ

Orders that include custom items will be shipped after all custom items are made. Turn around time for custom items is 7-14 business days.

Orders with curated accessories only will be shipped within 3-5 business.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout and you will get a tracking number upon your items being mailed out. Shipping typically takes 2-3 days for your order to arrive. During peak times, shipping can take up to 7+ days for your order to arrive.Please be patient as we can't do much about shipping times once your order leaves our studio!

As of now, we only ship to the United States.

All sales are final sale and we do not offer returns or exchanges.

In the rare case you receive a damage item in your order, please email us within 2 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item at support@meganmartin.net and we will work to resolve the issue asap!
